You can use the following contact form to ask us your individual question. To do so, simply enter your question in the message, an email address where we can reach you and a name. If your question relates to an order you have placed, please include the order number. You are also welcome to reach us by phone on weekdays between 10 am – 6 pm.

You can use our categories to find out which products are suitable for you. Select the items that are suitable for you from our shop. Simply place the items you would like to buy in the shopping cart. Then click on the shopping basket symbol in the top right-hand corner. In the shopping basket you will get an overview of your selected products and can also make changes, such as selected items and quantities. Start the payment process via the checkout.
No. It will make your future online orders easier if you register at www.hairpowerstore.com and thereby create a customer account. However, registration is not necessary for a successful order.
You can create a new user account via the user icon at the top right of our shop. All you need to do is click on “Register” and enter your personal data and password. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. You can log in again at any time by clicking on the “Log in” button.
With your user account at hairpower.de you have the advantage that you can view your current and past orders at any time. Furthermore, you can change your delivery address or billing address at any time and, for example, change your password.
If your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly afterwards. If you have not received this email, please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation after 10 minutes and you cannot find it in your spam folder, please contact our customer service.
With our newsletter you are always well informed.
Vouchers can be entered in the checkout area. Under the total amount you will find the field “Apply voucher”. Clicking on this field opens the input mask for the voucher code.
If the message appears that your voucher is invalid, the voucher has probably already been redeemed. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed once per customer.
You can reset your password at any time by going to “My account” and clicking on “Forgotten password”. After you have entered your email address, you will receive an email with a link. In the link you can set a new password. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
After we have verified your details, we will reset the password manually.

It appears that a customer account has already been created for your email address. You can set a new password via the button “Forgotten password? When you do so, you will receive a link to assign a new password.
Returns, Refunds & Feedback
If you have placed an order in error, we are happy to cancel it. Please note that a cancellation of your order is only possible as long as the ordered goods have not yet left the warehouse.

If you wish to cancel an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery of the goods. If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please email us a photo of the delivered items so that we can check this internally. We will then provide you with a return slip to return the goods free of charge. Please contact us directly by email so that the reversal of payment can be made after coordinating with us.

As soon as we receive your cancellation, we will refund any overpaid amounts to you without delay and within 14 days at the latest. We have the right to wait with the repayment until the goods concerned have been returned to us or until you prove that you have sent the goods back to us.
